Crappiest Week EVAR Video Constitutinal

THIS is why I love September.

I loved Independence Day, but I would have loved it even more had it ended like this. Plus, Adam Baldwin!!!

Fight Shrub? Fight Shrub.

Here's a wonderfully done Twilight Zone/Star Wars mash-up.

This is a clip from a BBC talk show where Ewan McGregor plays with a light saber.

Mark Millar is a hit-or-miss writer to me. Sometimes he just going TOO over-the-top. But "Old Man Logan" was a good story, and this fan-made trailer for a movie we'll never see is pretty well put together.

I'm sharing this only because it's Firefly and it's clever, but I don't really like it all that much.

I will share everything related to Nathan Fillion, especially PSAs on swamp ass.

I tell you what, I love me some gay sour worms. They were a lunch staple my freshman and sophomore years of high school. I think that watching this candy pizza being made triggered a diabetic seizure, though.

The latest trailer for Breaking Bad is great for those of you who have heard lots of good things about the show but don't really know the basics. This gives you the basics, plus teases you for the season that starts in...9 days! Yay!

I used to watch The Daily Show and the Colbert Report religiously. It's how I got my news. But lately I just can't bring myself to watch any late-night talk shows. I caught Jon Stewart's recent interview with Louis C.K., though, and as always he was brilliant. In this interview he breaks down why farts are funny.

Stomach Flu Video Dump

Since I did the Admiral Ackbar thing last week, I've got two weeks' worth of videos to dump today. Enjoy!

Yet ANOTHER red band trailer for Kick-Ass, whith a decent amount of new material.

Here's the pilot for a new British show that I was excited about 2 months ago, then forgot about it. It looks like it's going to happen. It stars and is written by David Cross, and Will Arnett shows up for a bit. The beginning is pretty funny, then it stalls a bit in the middle, but it makes up for it in the end. Hmm, I wonder how I'll ever watch this show if it's only on in the UK? ;)

Batman Begins and Iron Man are the SAME movie!!! I very rarely watch the interviews on the Daily Show because I really don't give a crap about politics. But I will watch if the interviewee is an actor or musician or someone else I like. I really like Ricky Gervais. This interview devolves extremely quickly into a conversation I'D have with a friend.

It's the Community credits remixed to be more like Friends. Here's a new video for Ok Go's song "This Too Shall Pass." The last time I linked to a video of this song, it included a marching band and sneak attacks in a field. But apparently the group's record label, after the success and acclaim the group has gotten from its other videos, decided to not allow any embedding of the video, so no blog sharing. So in retalliation, Ok Go got some sponsorship from State Farm and made the one-take, Rube Goldberg-esque video. Wow. Miley Cyrus, meet Hugo Reyes. Okay, am I the only person here who had a subscription to Zoobooks in the early 80s? I loved the things. I wonder if this is the commercial that prompted my parents to get the subscription?

Video Dump: Admiral Ackbar Edition

Earlier in the week I was on an unexplainable Admiral Ackbar kick, so I decided to get a few awesome videos of him. Here they are. And I promise, it's not a trap.
